Shifting desires

The next, you're apathetic
One day, all the images feel dead
The next, they hit you with full effect,
Rebirthing passion in your heart
One day, the soul is deprived
The next, it is thriving with life and excitement
One day, the mind is clear
The next, it is full of smog
One day you feel incompetent
The next, like you can move mountains
Love and hate
Hope and disbelief
Courage and fear
That's just how life is
Full of fluctuations
Ups and downs
Struggles to maintain balance

Then it's all a process
